Azente's BaseLine Wellness Series
BaseLine is a wellness curriculum that consists of 12 individual wellness lessons, delivered in streaming video and PowerPoint over the Internet. The Program is phased-in over a one-year period. BaseLine targets the lifestyle-related health problems that are driving today's healthcare costs. It is designed to help manage healthcare costs by improving the overall health and well-being of today’s workforce.
The Program includes a content management system that: (i) enrolls a company's end-users; (ii) delivers successive lessons on a monthly basis; (iii) tracks end-user participation; and (iv) generates reports to enable calculation of ROI and facilitate incentive programs.
